Do you have price plans for other countries/cities?
Yes we do! For locations we fully support, you may tap/click on the location selector in the top menu bar of your screen to view the different pricing plans we offer. For other locations, we offer a generic plan in USD. Drop us a message to find out more.
How does the 30-day trial work?
After signup, you'll have 30 days of full access to the Talenox HR stack (Payroll, Profiles, Leave, and Claims). Start running payroll right away, or share the experience with your team and start assigning approvers for the Leave app.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You can convert your trial to any of these Talenox plans (PAYROLL, LEAVE, SUITE) by keying in your payment information on the Billing page. If you decide not to upgrade, your trial will expire and you'll lose access to the platform.

How do I pay for a Talenox SUITE account?
Talenox supports credit and debit card payments.
How do you determine the billing amount each month?
It depends on whether you have selected our Annual or Monthly pricing. With Annual plans, PAYROLL and LEAVE are US$1 per active headcount per month with a US$5 monthly minimum, while SUITE is US$3 per active headcount per month with a US$15 monthly minimum. With Monthly plans, PAYROLL and LEAVE are US$2 per active headcount per month with a US$10 monthly minimum, while SUITE is US$6 per active headcount per month with a US$30 monthly minimum.
We do not charge resigned employees as headcount for both Monthly and Annual plans.
Is there a contract period for Talenox SUITE?
Nope, we feel a monthly fee is more flexible and sustainable for small- to medium-sized teams.
What happens when my employee headcount increases/decreases if I'm in the annual plan?
If there is an increase in headcount from the estimated total and your account balance is insufficient, we will proceed to charge your credit card on file. If there is a decrease in headcount from the estimated total and your account balance is positive, we will leave the remaining credits as they are and you may use them for your next billing cycle, or even for the next year.
What kind of support can I get when I start using Talenox?
