Do you have price plans for other countries/cities?

Will the free account expire?
Never. The functions in the FREE account are free forever and will work for an unlimited number of employees and administrators.
How does the 30-day trial work?
After signup, you'll have 30 days of full access to the Talenox HR stack (Payroll, Profiles, Leave). Start running payroll right away, or share the experience with your team and start assigning approvers for the Leave app.
What happens at the end of my trial?
You can convert your trial to any of these Talenox plans (PAYROLL, LEAVE, SUITE) by keying in your payment information on the Billing page. If you decide not to, the trial will be converted to the FREE plan automatically, which grants you basic access to basic functions in the PROFILES and PAYROLL modules.
Which banks does Talenox support?

How do I pay for a Talenox SUITE account?
Talenox supports credit and debit card payments.
How do you determine the billing amount each month?
It depends on whether you have selected our Annual or Monthly pricing. With Annual plans, you save approximately 15% off your total bill by paying a lump sum upfront, which is calculated by this formula: [estimated total cost per month based on number of headcount] x [12 months]. Upon payment, the amount will be reflected in your Talenox Billing Dashboard as 'Talenox credits', and it will deplete based on your usage of active headcount per month. For Monthly plans, you will simply be billed based on your active headcount for the month. We do not charge resigned employees as a headcount for both Monthly and Annual plans.
What happens when my employee headcount increase/decrease if I'm in the annual plan?
If there is an increase in headcount (from the estimated total) and your account balance is insufficient, we will proceed to charge your credit card on file. If there is decrease in headcount (from the estimated total) and your account balance is positive, we will leave the remaining credits as they are and you may use them for your next billing cycle, or even for the next year. For your convenience, you may check the invoices and receipt at any point in time from your Billing dashboard.
What is a price cap
Your bill will always be capped once you hit a minimum number of headcount. For a limited time - the cap is now only HK$4,200/month per company on Monthly Plan and HK$3,500/month per company on Annual Plan. This means that after the cap, even if you have a company of 700 or 10,000 the fee will still be HK$4,200/month on Monthly Plan, or HK$3,500/month (HK$42,000/year) on Annual Plan.
