Through their app, employees can view and request for their earned salary. As it is not a loan, there are no interest or late fees. DapatGaji only charges a flat one-time transaction fee per request. Requested funds are processed instantly and sent directly to your employee’s bank account. Their employer portal provides you visibility and control to manage your employee’s use of the service. Integration

Your first step is to sign up for DapatGaji and open a company account, which you’ll later connect to your Talenox account. With that integration, processes are automated in real-time for your convenience.

Employee account creation: In a click of a button you can import employee information from Talenox to create their DapatGaji accounts
Update to employee information: Changes in employee details are updated in real-time (eg: new hires, resignation, changes in salary)
Payroll reconciliation: Any earned wage requested by your employees will be automatically synced to your payroll with Talenox. You will not need to manually reconcile earned wage access transactions.

How to set up

Connect your DapatGaji and Talenox account in these simple steps.

From your DapatGaji account homepage, click on ‘Connect to Talenox’
2.
You’ll be redirected to the Talenox website. Login and click on ‘Authorize’ to approve the connection.
3.
You’ll be taken back to DapatGaji website to do a one-time set up of Talenox webhook.
4.
To register employee accounts for the first time, just go to the ‘Employees’ tab and click on ‘Import from Talenox’.
